Small contact resistance and steady value of the contact resistance

-If using an Organic -EL type of connector, the resistance of the electrode will decrease
and hence increase the brightness
-If using for testing the LCD, the testing results will have high accuracy due to its small
resistance and steady, especially in testing some low consumption driving voltage types
of LCD. Normally, LCD used in mobile phone has the problem in inaccurate testing
results because of the high resistance of usual rubber connector, which leads to unsteady
resistance value.
-If using for testing the heat seal connector of LCM, just a light touching can get an
accurate result due to its small resistance and steady. So it can prevent the transformation
and damage of heat seal connector and the testing can be done faster.

High Durability
The metal wire has been made into a sign cup shape so that it contains a spring effect. It
can assure better contact of light-weight LCD and can be reused for many times due to
high durability.

Cope with High Frequency Chip
The thickness of the conductive connector can be made to only 0.5mm.

High flexibility for Contacting Terminal
The number of contact terminals on the R direction can be adjusted according to the
electricity capacities.

High efficiency
In order not to be affected by the chip terminal pattern, there is no need to align the place
so than LCD can be changed immediately.

Least pollution effect on silicone resin
If the recently used rubber connector contact with the glass, PCB or Heat Seal, the
component of the rubber connector will leave on the surface of glass, PCB or Heat Seal.
A very thin layer of mask will then be formed. The mask can make the value of the
contact resistance high or it may cause the non-adhesiveness in doing the COG and TAB
process. The anisotropic conductive connector will reduce this effect to the lowest level.
