LR-2100 (manual type)

Principle speaking , it is more economically and effective to use with the combination of Short Checker F-201 ( manual type)

Application

  1. Place the glass for checking onto the table by hand
  2. Put the glass to the 3 pins and align it by hand
  3. By using the direction the short checker can find out the address of the short (for example : the short address will be identify as between 2nd roll and 3rd column)
  4. Viewing the monitor and using the hand to move the table to the address (between the
    2nd roll and 3rd column) and find out the position of the short
  5. On the position of the short and then unite with the cross
  6. Then use the joystick switch to the position of the short
  7. Switch on the laser

Operation

  1. Place the mother glass on the table by hand
  2. Align the glass using 3 pins by hand
  3. Making use of the glass alignment mark to adjust the ITO pattern and the laser light at right angle
  4. According to the short address data, the table will move to the nearest short position
  5. Using the joystick switch to adjust the cross on monitor to the short position
  6. Viewing the repair place by monitor and set the position accurately
  7. Switch on the laser
  8. End of repair
