Using Manual

1. Plug the power cord to 100V socket
2. Turn on the power switch
3. Confirm the lamp has been lightened up (Yellow-green light will be radiated).
4. Cooling fan must always be turned on (If in case using in a clean room, the cooling fan can be turned off according to the needs but don't let the lamp box getting too hot).
   Beware:
   (1) After turning on the power switch, 3 to 4 minutes are required for increasing the lamp output to 100%.
   (2) After using for a long period of time and hence turn it off. If you want to restart it, it is better to wait 5 to 6 minutes so as to cooling the lamp down.. It is a special type of lamp.
5. Use the adjusting control to adjust the brightness of the lamp

Changing the lamp

1. Switch off the Power and hence plug off the power plug from the socket
2. Taken off the three screws on the side of the lamp cover, remove the lamp cover from the power source
3. Turn left side and remove the old lamp and hence change with a new one.
   (When changing lamp, beware of the heat if the lamp is just after used)
4. After changing of lamp, set the lamp cover back and then plug in the power cord to the socket.

How to set the FY-100R Power

Fix the stand hose of the power source with the lamp hose by ringing and hence use screw to fix it. Then bend the stand hose and fix the position.

The power source and lamp can be separated to use

1. Set on the table and then use the screw to fix the position.
2. Use the stand hose to fix the lamp and set with the fixing tool.
