This Inspection equipment differs from an enlargement equipment
using coaxial illumination or half mirror. An exit of ray is placed
under the lens, which makes an approach to the lens axis and irradiates
the object clearly.
The equipment was devised so that an illumination can be unified
with CCD camera structurally to gain an halation reflected picture
(PAT.P& Copyright registered).
Main Features:
- Reflected picture of the object can be gained with CCD camera
without any loss, so the best contrast of the picture can be taken
in the practical view of 1.1mm through 5,5mm.
- Confirmation of view place and also pinpoint adjustment can
be done simply and easily with a laser beam so that a working
time can be shorten and saved remarkably.
- An observation by monitor makes it possible to inspect easily
for a long time, if necessary, since a peep observation through
microscope is not needed.
- Magnification of observation can be gained up to maximum 250
times (Using telecentric zoom lens; Zoom retio 0.75x~4.5x) through
14" monitor and 400k pixel CCD camera.

of electrode, detection of pattern and spacer of liquid crystal.
